    The Thai Elite Visa is one of the golden visa’s that has been on my radar for some time as I look to expand my portfolio of residencies. It provides easy access to a well develop Asian nation that has wonderful people, great food, and lots of amazing services. With as little as 600,000THB ($18k USD) you can make this intriguing nation your home but the question remains whether the program will last and if it’s still worth it in 2021. So here’s my take:

    Obviously, this is a very quick overview of the program but it should give you the idea that it’s a very simple process to obtain a non-immigrant class visa to Thailand. Honestly, the Thai Elite Visa is top of my list for a whole range of reasons and I think it provides excellent value for money. Especially if you are an entrepreneur who is looking to plant a flag in Asia.
